Collectable Cartel specialises in authentic trading cards, Pokémon cards, sealed TCG products, collectibles, and pop culture merchandise across Australia.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our website immediately.


2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.


3. Products & Product Descriptions

Collectable Cartel offers a range of trading cards, collectible card game (TCG) products, sealed booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and collectible merchandise.

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Product packaging, artwork, promotional inserts, and manufacturer designs may vary without notice
  • Colours and images may appear differently depending on your device or monitor settings
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact item received

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.


4. Sealed Trading Card Products

All sealed trading card products sold by Collectable Cartel are guaranteed authentic and factory sealed unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of collectible trading card games and sealed products:

  • Opened sealed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, printing errors, pull rates, card distribution, or pack contents
  • Pull rates for Pokémon cards and other TCG products are determined entirely by the manufacturer

Purchasing sealed products acknowledges acceptance of these conditions.


5. Singles, Graded Cards & Card Condition

Card condition is assessed carefully and honestly using standard collector guidelines. However, trading card grading and condition assessment can be subjective.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Raw singles may contain minor imperfections, print lines, centering issues, or edge wear
  • Near Mint (NM) cards are not guaranteed gem mint condition
  • Graded cards are sold based on the assigned grade from the grading company

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product images and descriptions before purchasing collectible singles or graded trading cards.


6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing without notice
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Collectable Cartel ships trading cards and collectibles Australia-wide and internationally to selected countries.

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • High-volume release periods

Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and delivery information is accurate at checkout.


8. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Collectable Cartel complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only offered where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where items are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Not as described

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for sealed products, trading cards, collectibles, or graded cards
  • Opened products cannot be returned
  • Customers must report any delivery issues within 24 hours of receiving their order

Where applicable, approved returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


9. Authenticity Guarantee

Collectable Cartel is committed to selling authentic trading cards and genuine collectible products.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, resealed, or fake products. All inventory is sourced through trusted suppliers, distributors, collectors, and reputable channels.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectable Cartel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.


11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
