1. Overview

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all visitors, customers, collectors, and purchasers using our website and services. Collectable Cartel specialises in authentic trading cards, Pokémon cards, sealed TCG products, collectibles, and pop culture merchandise across Australia. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Products & Product Descriptions

We offer a range of trading cards, collectible card game (TCG) products, sealed booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and collectible merchandise. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, packaging, artwork, promotional inserts, and manufacturer designs may vary without notice; colours and images may appear differently depending on your device; and product images are illustrative and may not always represent the exact item received. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

4. Sealed Trading Card Products

All sealed trading card products are guaranteed authentic and factory sealed unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, printing errors, pull rates, card distribution, or pack contents, which are determined entirely by the manufacturer. Returns of sealed products are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Singles, Graded Cards & Card Condition

Card condition is assessed carefully and honestly using standard collector guidelines, though grading and condition assessment can be subjective. Unless otherwise stated, raw singles may contain minor imperfections, print lines, centering issues, or edge wear; Near Mint (NM) cards are not guaranteed gem mint; and graded cards are sold based on the assigned grade from the grading company. Please review all images and descriptions before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change pricing without notice, correct pricing errors, cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, and limit quantities per customer. Orders are shipped once full payment has been processed and confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or high-volume periods. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you; if an item is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Collectable Cartel complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully and review product details before purchasing. Returns, replacements, or refunds are also provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including where items are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Collectable Cartel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
