3. Products & Descriptions

We specialise in trading cards and collectibles, including sealed products and singles. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, colours, packaging, and artwork may vary due to manufacturer changes or screen differences. Images may not always exactly represent the exact item received.

4. Sealed Products

All sealed products are sold new and unopened. Once opened, sealed products cannot be returned or refunded. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, pull rates, or the contents of sealed products.

5. Singles & Condition

Card condition is assessed carefully, but grading is subjective. Minor imperfections may be present even on near-mint cards. Please review product images and descriptions before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping provider. Please ensure delivery details are accurate.

8. Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Returns are accepted only where required by law (e.g. faulty or incorrect items). Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for sealed products or collectibles. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
