Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Collectable Cartel are 100% genuine and authentic.
We source our trading cards, sealed Pokémon products, collectibles, and accessories through trusted suppliers, reputable distributors, and established sourcing channels.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, fake, resealed, or tampered products.
Where is Collectable Cartel based?
Collectable Cartel is proudly based in Queensland, Australia.
We ship trading cards, Pokémon products, collectibles, and accessories Australia-wide and internationally to selected countries.
Do you have a physical store?
At this time, Collectable Cartel operates exclusively online.
This allows us to focus on carefully curated products, secure shipping, and reliable customer support for collectors across Australia and worldwide.
Sealed Trading Card Products
What does “sealed” mean?
“Sealed” means a product is factory sealed and unopened exactly as received from the manufacturer, distributor, or authorised supplier.
Factory seals remain intact at the time of dispatch.
Are sealed products weighed, searched, or tampered with?
Absolutely not.
We do not:
- weigh packs
- search products
- reseal items
- open sealed products
- tamper with products in any way
All sealed trading card products are sold exactly as received from suppliers.
Can sealed products be returned?
Due to the collectible nature of sealed trading card products, opened sealed items cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
Do you guarantee pull rates or pack contents?
No.
Pull rates, card distribution, and pack contents are determined entirely by the manufacturer.
Collectable Cartel does not guarantee:
- specific pulls
- hit rates
- chase cards
- card distribution
- product contents
Every sealed product is random by design.
Singles & Card Condition
What condition are your singles in?
We assess all trading card singles honestly and carefully before listing.
Where applicable, condition details are disclosed through:
- product descriptions
- listing notes
- product photography
Minor factory imperfections may still exist on Near Mint cards due to printing and manufacturing processes.
Can I request additional photos of a card?
Yes. If you would like additional photos or information about a specific trading card or collectible item, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help.
We’re always happy to assist fellow collectors with product questions before ordering.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping timeframes are:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: approximately 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: approximately 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or peak periods.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided on all eligible orders where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How are orders packaged?
We understand how important condition is to collectors.
Orders are packed using protective materials designed to help minimise damage during transit.
Depending on the order, packaging protection may include:
- padded mailers
- sleeves and rigid protection
- bubble wrap
- reinforced shipping boxes
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- change of mind
- accidental purchases
- buyer’s remorse
- dissatisfaction with pull rates or pack contents
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- provide clear photos of the item(s)
- include photos of the packaging and shipping label
We’ll review the issue carefully and work to resolve confirmed problems as quickly as possible.
