Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every product we sell is genuine, sourced through trusted suppliers, reputable distributors and established channels. No counterfeits, no fakes, no resealed boxes, no nonsense.
Where is Collectable Cartel based?
Beachmere, Queensland. We ship My Little Pony TCG, Kayou Naruto cards, Sanrio collectibles, Winx Club and more Kayou ranges, plus accessories Australia-wide and now to New Zealand as well!
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. We're online only, which means less rent and more budget for hunting down the sealed product you actually want.
Sealed Products
What does sealed mean?
Factory sealed and unopened, exactly as it left the manufacturer or supplier. Seals intact at dispatch, every time.
Are packs weighed, searched or tampered with?
Never. No weighing, no searching, no resealing. The only person opening your packs is you (we're jealous, but professional about it).
Can sealed products be returned?
Not for change of mind. Sealed collectibles are final sale, so choose carefully. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your Australian Consumer Law rights fully apply and we'll sort it out.
Do you guarantee pull rates or pack contents?
No, and nobody honest can. Pull rates and card distribution are set entirely by the manufacturer. Every sealed product is random by design. That's the fun and the heartbreak of the hobby.
Naruto Cards
Do you sell Kayou Naruto cards in Australia?
Yes. We stock sealed Kayou Naruto booster boxes and collector boxes from the Smriti Earth Scroll, JIN Chapter and Ninja Age lines, plus English Naruto promo cards, all shipped from Queensland. Shop Naruto cards.
Are Kayou Naruto cards a trading card game?
No. Kayou Naruto cards are collectible cards made for opening, chasing rarities and displaying, with no decks or gameplay. Bandai's competitive Naruto Card Game (TCG) is a separate product, planned for a worldwide release in 2027.
Are your Naruto cards in English?
Yes. Our Naruto booster boxes are English SEA (South East Asia) and English US editions, and our Naruto promo cards are English PR cards.
What's the difference between SEA and US Naruto boxes?
They're made for different regions, so the number of packs and cards per pack can differ. Earth Scroll Series 1 SEA and US boxes share exactly the same card list. Our complete Kayou Naruto guide compares every box.
Which Naruto box should I start with?
Smriti Earth Scroll if you want more packs for less money, JIN Chapter for better odds on the rarest cards, and Ninja Age if you're chasing serialised (numbered) cards.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Standard ($12.50 flat rate Australia-wide, free on orders over $200): roughly 2 to 4 business days. Carrier delays, holidays and peak periods can stretch these a little.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes! We ship to New Zealand for a flat $25 AUD, with prices shown in NZD at checkout. Orders usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days and include tracking.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive tracking with your shipping confirmation email on every order.
How are orders packaged?
Like they're going into our own collection: padded mailers, sleeves, rigid protection, bubble wrap and reinforced boxes where needed. We know one dinged corner can ruin your whole week.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No. Trading cards and sealed products are collectibles, so we can't take returns for change of mind, accidental purchases or disappointing pulls.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging. The 48 hours just helps us document transit damage quickly; it doesn't limit your Australian Consumer Law rights. Confirmed issues get resolved fast.
