Support runs Monday to Friday, Australian business hours, excluding public holidays. Replies can slow down a little during big releases and holiday rushes (we're probably buried in boxes, in a good way).

Order Enquiries

Asking about an existing order? Include these three things and we can help fast:

• your order number
• the email you used at checkout
• a quick description of the issue

Shipping & Delivery

Check your tracking first, it usually has the answer. If it doesn't, send us your order number and tracking details and we'll chase it up with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

• contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery (this just helps us document transit damage quickly, and doesn't limit your Australian Consumer Law rights)
• include clear photos of the item(s)
• include photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

We review everything carefully and sort confirmed problems fast.
