Order Processing

All orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During major product releases, promotional events, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We aim to dispatch all trading cards, sealed Pokémon products, and collectibles as quickly and carefully as possible while maintaining secure packaging and collector-focused handling standards.

$12.50 Flat rate standard shipping Australia wide!

We use trusted shipping carriers to help ensure safe and reliable delivery for trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles.

Tracking is provided on all eligible orders where available.

Australia

Standard Shipping: approximately 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

International

Standard International Shipping: approximately 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Packaging & Protection

We understand how important condition is to collectors.

All orders are packed using protective materials designed to help minimise damage during transit.

Depending on the product type, packaging protection may include:

padded mailers
protective sleeves
rigid protection
bubble wrap
reinforced shipping boxes

Trading cards, sealed Pokémon products, booster boxes, ETBs, and collectibles are packaged carefully to help preserve condition during shipping.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.

Collectable Cartel is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by:

postal services
couriers
customs processing
incorrect shipping information
unforeseen external events

However, we will always assist customers with shipping investigations or carrier enquiries where possible.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any:

customs duties
import taxes
VAT charges
clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

additional shipping charges may apply
reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
