Overview

At Collectable Cartel, we specialise in authentic Pokémon cards, sealed trading card products, collectible singles, and premium TCG accessories carefully sourced for collectors across Australia and worldwide.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refunds Policy.

By placing an order through Collectable Cartel, you agree to the conditions below.


Sealed Trading Card Products

To protect the integrity and authenticity of sealed trading card products, all sealed items are considered final sale once shipped.

This includes:

  • Pokémon booster boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
  • sealed packs
  • collection boxes
  • tins
  • special trading card releases

Because sealed products can be tampered with after opening, we do not accept:

  • returns
  • refunds
  • exchanges
  • change-of-mind cancellations

for sealed products once dispatched.

This policy helps maintain fairness, authenticity, and collector confidence for all customers.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping all collectibles securely. Orders are packed using protective materials designed to help minimise damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item(s)
  • photos of the outer packaging
  • photos of the shipping label
  • a description of the issue

Once reviewed and confirmed, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a refund

where appropriate and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Collectable Cartel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will assist customers where possible by:

  • lodging a carrier investigation
  • submitting a shipping claim
  • providing tracking assistance

Shipping delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or external factors are outside our control.


Change of Mind & Buyer's Remorse

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • buyer's remorse
  • dissatisfaction with pull rates or pack contents

Please review all product descriptions, images, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Singles & Card Condition

Card condition can be subjective within the trading card hobby.

While we carefully assess and package all collectible singles, minor imperfections may exist even on Near Mint cards due to manufacturing and handling processes.

Customers are encouraged to review all product photos and descriptions before purchasing singles or graded cards.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for refund processing depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Collectable Cartel are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers and reputable sourcing channels.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, fake, or resealed trading card products.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to remedies including replacement, repair, or refund where products are faulty, significantly not as described, or otherwise fail consumer guarantees under applicable law.
